Report or remove a photo
Donors upload proof photos to these drives. If one infringes your copyright, shows you or your child without consent, or is otherwise unlawful, tell us and we will take it down.
How to report
Email Grievance Officer, OIAS: business@oias.in. Please include:
- The link to the photo, or the token number it was registered under.
- What is wrong (copyright, no consent, unlawful, other) and, for copyright, what you own.
- Your name and a way to reach you.
- A statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
What happens next
We acknowledge your report within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. If the content is infringing or unlawful we remove it. Donors who repeatedly upload infringing content are removed from the drives.
